You will: discover what drives you and why, prepare for the creative challenges you may face, establish the projects, people, environments and roles ideal for your success, and define the milestones and resources you need reach your goals. The Visionary Strategy is a blueprint for your thriving enterprise, and is the perfect strategic tool to guide future career decisions and opportunities.

Step 2: Management; Maintain and grow. Our Strategy and Project Managers help you focus on the goals formulated in the Visionary Strategy through ongoing career and project management. We help develop and manage expectations, projects and budgets, while ensuring inspiring and precise communication between our clients and their partners. Meetings conducted in person or via Skype are scheduled on a weekly basis to discuss the continuous development of your personal brand, strategic and personal goals, projects and opportunities – ensuring that you get the most out of your work, and are staying on the formulated track.

Step 3: Community; Get connected. All clients gain exclusive access to small meetings every quarter with other UFUSE clients. These structured brainstorming sessions provide perspective and feedback from a network of like minded, exceptional individuals – all aiming to create opportunities that accelerate the accomplishment of their creative goals.

Step 4: Build; Expand your network. Once a year, all UFUSE clients meet over a weekend to exchange, influence, learn, and work on projects together. Here, our clients experience first hand that they are not isolated individuals, but part of a larger whole that refuses to settle for anything less than visionary.
